A few things to know

Clarity, from the start.

Can individuals and businesses both inquire?

Yes. Select Individual for personal conversion or Business / C2B for consumer-to-business collections. Acceptance depends on the proposed use case, location, identity or business verification, and the final service arrangement.

What U.S. domestic payment services can I discuss?

You can discuss USD collections, ACH and domestic wire workflows, supplier payouts and payment reconciliation. Specific rail access, account structure, funding permissions, fees, cutoff times and settlement timing must be confirmed before use. No bank account or routing details are issued through this website.

Does C2B mean customers can pay my business?

C2B describes an individual paying a business for genuine goods or services. A proposed workflow may require merchant KYB, payer KYC, invoice or order references and payment-purpose review. Third-party receipts must be expressly permitted by the relevant service arrangement.

Are the moving numbers actual transaction data?

No. The activity panel uses illustrative batch values, payment counts and workflow stages to explain different payment scenarios. It is not connected to a customer account or processing system, and no funds are moved. Actual terms, pricing and availability are confirmed separately.

Is Onepolix a bank or a deposit-taking service?

This website does not represent Onepolix as a bank and does not accept deposits. The contracting entity, responsible service providers, relevant authorizations and service terms must be identified in a separate agreement before any live service begins.

How should I start an onboarding inquiry?

Send a short description of your country, intended payment flow, currencies and expected volume to onboarding@onepolix.com. Businesses should include their website. Please do not email identity documents, bank credentials, wallet private keys or other sensitive information. Agree a suitable document submission method separately.
